From his boyhood rock collection and a degree in Geology and Geography, to establishing his first retail jewellery operation, Rocks with Attitude (2001), Geoffry Mariani has had a passion for rocks and minerals his entire life.  Geoffry’s love for fine quality jewellery is shown through his stunning designs. His attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and gemmological expertise, is highlighted in every stunning piece he creates. Using his knowledge and love of minerals, each piece is designed in a way that highlights a gemstone’s best features.

With over 20 years of experience in the jewellery business, Geoffry draws on his extensive knowledge of the manufacturing, wholesale and retail areas of the industry. With credentials from several major gemological institutes (including the Gemmological Gem Testing Centre of Great Britain, HRD, and the Canadian Gemmological Association), Geoffry is comfortable working with precious gemstones such as emeralds, rubies, sapphires and diamonds, as well as the more unique and equally beautiful gemstones like tourmalines, spinels, alexandrite, tanzanites and other semi-precious gemstones.
