Geoffry & Co. warranties all custom-made jewellery against craftsmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. If a failure occurs, an evaluation of the failure will take place, and if a craftsmanship defect is detected, the piece will be promptly repaired at no cost. There is no warranty against normal wear and tear.  All jewellery will be evaluated at take-in.  All jewellery is subject to normal wear. Clients are encouraged to have their purchases evaluated and cleaned regularly to maintain their beauty and longevity.
