Free estimates are offered for all jewellery repair inquiries such as necklace restringing, ring sizing, ring repair, chain and bracelet repair, diamond cutting, and lapidary work. Please note for estimates to be completed properly the article must be physically examined in person.

Ring sizing is often difficult to get right, especially if it is a surprise gift.  Change of season, humidity, and diet, all contribute to minor increases or decreases in finger size.  One complimentary ring sizing appointment (within one year of purchase) of a new custom-made ring is included in the purchase price.

With over 20 years of experience in the jewellery industry, Geoffry is qualified to do in-house appraisals. The nature of the setting, as well as a variety of other factors, may limit the accuracy of this service, in which case an independent appraisal can be offered. Appraisal pricing and requirements are done on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire as to your best option for appraising your valued treasure.
